Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Anuroop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a doorstep pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
